What is an additional DNV family member?
The Digital Nomad Visa is principally based around the main applicant's ability to meet the requirements of the route. Where the relevant conditions are met, eligible family members may also be included within the wider residency process.
This means your move to Spain does not necessarily have to be planned as an individual application. Into Spain can help coordinate the additional requirements for the family member so that their documentation is considered alongside your own.
This service is intended as an addition to a Digital Nomad Visa application rather than a standalone visa service.

Who may form part of your application?
Eligibility will depend on the relationship and the circumstances of the family member. Into Spain can review the position before the application is prepared.
Spouse or partner
A spouse or qualifying partner may be able to accompany the principal applicant, subject to the relevant requirements and supporting evidence.
Children
Eligible dependent children may also be capable of being included as part of the wider Digital Nomad Visa family application.
Other dependants
In some circumstances other dependent relatives may require consideration. We can review the relationship and circumstances before advising on the appropriate next step.

The additional family member service sits alongside the principal Digital Nomad Visa application. The main applicant must still satisfy the requirements of the Digital Nomad route, while the family member will have their own supporting documentation and relationship evidence to provide.

Online consultation
Online consultations are available Monday, Wednesday and Thursday between 2pm and 4pm. Discuss your DNV and family circumstances from wherever you are currently based.
In-person consultation
In-person consultations are available at the Into Spain office on Tuesdays and Fridays between 10am and 2pm at La Manga Club, Murcia.
