Thread: Breaking The Mold or Is It the Mould?

Hello y Hola or Hola and Hello, Confused? Well I hope not but that is what I feel when introducing myself to a new forum. I am not an Estate Agent, instead I prefer to market individual properties and act as an introducer. I have a background (and relevant qualifications) in commercial property from the UK I have been living and working in my area for close on 10 years now and have connections which may be interesting to some members of the forum. Currently I am looking to partner/network with agents who have investors for overseas property and are looking to break the mold. More exactly... I am willing and able to harness my jet setting colleague and much sought after speaker (who happily resides near Seville) to give one of his down to earth presentations. Either way, opportunity knocks through this community and I look forward to meeting some of you.

Welcome to the forum.
As far as I can see "mold" is a misspelling in English.
Mould can mean two things: A device, either physical or abstract, used to form or shape something or a type of mildew or fungus.
I guess you refer to the former but the way that things are in Spain right now there is a lot of canker (another way of describing mould or decay) that needs eradicating
