My name is Maureeen and along with my husband I run the Easybuy Franchsie in Moraira, we cover from the area from Moraira to Benidorm. We are No Commssion property sales and also specialise in long term rentals & property management.

We opened in October last year and the Javea franchise opened in January. We are seeing a steady growth in business despite the current climate. We can offer our properties cheaper due to no commission and we only charge a one off fixed fee of 200€ + IVA to advertise a property until sold.
