Hi people, we are looking to move to Cabo Roig or La Zenia in September from Murcia costa and want a house or large apartment to rent. Our spec is below! Any advice is welcome, thankyou!

Professional couple with small well behaved dog, looking for long term rental in the Cabo Roig, La Zenia areas!
Requirements:
Minimum 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terrace or garden, fully furnished (modern), fully equipped kitchen, telephone line, near beach (within 10 mins walking), near amenities (walking) south orientation or sufficient economical heating system for the winter. no noisy holiday urbanisations please, long term contract.
We are flexible on some points above, please contact us for viewing appointments if you have any properties suitable, we are available with a couple of days notice.
