    Thumbs up Hi Everyone my name is Heather

    We have lived in The Calpe area for 6 yrs. In a Finca and love it to bit's.
    Good bit's climate still the best, love intospain site and look forward to chatting with you all.
    Bad bit's cost of living gone up, mortgages from hell, Electric out of hand,and Clients who want to buy your properties for 1/2 or rent a joke.
    My Husband works as a Telecoms Agent/ also realy good at Database design/Developer & a specialist in Excel problems.
    Me I work as a Telemarketer & Telesales per the day, for Clients who want to promote and increase their Business I also do appointments and send out adverts via the internet.

    Nice to have someone in your neck of the woods on the forum, you could probably help a new member called Chris that had questions to do with Calpe?

    Yep, there are things here that really get to us but this is Spain! Things that will probably never change!

    Anyway, hope to see more of you on the forum and value your input. Hopefully you can answer questions on Calpe if you have any spare time for us?

    Hi Heather,

    Nice to meet you. We are new on here too. We actually live in the Malaga province and have done so for the last four years. We have recently set up a couple of websites for properties for sale or rent direct from owners.
