In the current climate why pay more for your dream property in Spain?

At BuyDIRECTfromowners.com we aim to offer cost effective marketing starting from 25€ until sold. In the current climate we understand that there are some people who would prefer to sell their own property even if its just to save on that 1%. One thing we will say to any of our clients is that they should try and give their property maximum exposure for minimum outlay so we can now also advise people to shop around for an estate agent who isn´t still trying to charge the earth in commissions.

Thanks Richie, we will keep everyone updated. We are actually looking for reliable property listers in the Costa Blanca area. Still haven´t worked my way around this forum yet could you point me in the right direction for any threads about working in Spain?

Yep, sure thing.

You can start a thread in The Jobs / Employment / Working section stating what you are looking for, hopefully some people will be looking for some extra cash and might suit what they are looking for.

Make sure you optimize your title and tags then you will have a much better chance of the thread coming up in the search engines and people finding your ad.

another thing, just to let you know if you haven't seen already - you can post as many free ads as you like on our free classifieds section where you can list properties for sale.
