My name is Maureen Hudson and I have the Easybuy Franchise in Moraira. We moved to Moraira in August last year and opened the franchise in October.

I live in Javea with my husband and two daughters aged 13 and 4 and a cat.

I´ve always worked in customer service in financial organisations such as building societies and banks so the franchise is an ideal way to pull all my experience together from the last 30 years and provide an excellent service here in Spain.

Easybuy are expanding into the Northern Costa Blanca and have now opened a second franchise in Javea.

We are a bit different to most other agents in that we don´t charge commission, just a one off fee of 200euros + IVA and we will advertise your property until sold. This makes it much cheaper for sellers and buyers. We also do long term rentals and a few holiday lets. We work with other companies to provide the complete buying services from NIE´s to conveyancing and Inheritance & Tax advice.
