Nick Coleman (Hamiltons of London, Moraira) - Introduction and Profile.

Hello everyone at the IntoSpain.com Forum
My name is Nick Coleman and I manage the Moraira area for Hamiltons of London.
I have been living in Spain now for over 2 years and live in Moraira with my wife and two children.
My boys are aged 2 years and 4 months the oldest has just started a local nursery. We are very settled in this area, I love my job and would never consider a return to the UK.
Previously we lived in Bournemouth and I was a self-employed financial regulator. After 4 or 5 hours in a car each day driving all over the country the decision to come to Spain and start a new life was not difficult!!!!

Hamiltons of London - (the English estate agent) has been established in Costa Blanca for almost a decade. The Hamilton's Office in Moraira has an extensive portfolio of property for sale in the whole Moraira area (Teulada, Moraira, Benissa, Benitachel and Teulada).

How are things going for you in Moraira? A bit quiet I guess. I expect you spend all day chewing pencils!

Do you see anything of your mate ColinS these days? He's not been here for a bit. Is he on holiday again?

Sorry Homefinder, you are quite wrong there. There is still a lot of interest in moraira property and I have not tasted a good pencil for months. I am "on the road" nearly all day with buyers viewing properties for sale.
In particual there is a lot of interest for Villas in the Moraira and Benissa areas. As well as having a good run of sales at the moment we are rentng out properties on a long term basis which is very popular in the moraira area.
I will admit that sales are slower than normal in the Moraira area but I suppose it's the same everywhere. I am confidently expecting things to improve as we get into the Spring.

Moraira property, have Homefinder or Colin been recruiting up there or what?

Good to hear you are busy up there I am sure the businesses down here on the Costa Blanca south wish it was the same for them!

I am not sure what you mean, Richie, but I guess it is the same everywhere.
Quite simply there is business to be done but you have to work hard at it.
I would imagine that neither ColinS nor MorairaProperty will have time to respond to this ' cos they are both run off their feet - but we'll see!
