    Hello members,

    I am a Building Surveyor covering the Costa Blanca and also write columns for local papers on property and structural issues. I carry out buyer´s structural surveys and defects reporting including expert witness representation for court actions. I am always happy to provide free initial advice for anybody needing help with property and structural issues including insurance claims. Please feel free to private message me if you need advice.

    Thanks for the post and handy to know. If you had posted last week I would have had a job for you as I had some English clients who wanted a survey on the property they were buying which, I have to say is a rarity but I will certainly be in touch if I find anyone else who needs one.
