I don't speak French I am ashamed to say (only English and Spanish) but I can googlench - as you should already know.

If the water has been in your pool for more than around 5 years you could have a problem with CYA (Cyanuric Acid) build-up. The black mould is highly resistant to chlorine and, with a lot of CYA, the chlorine will hardy have any potency at all.
There are various solutions.
You could convert the pool to bromine, which is not affected by CYA.
You could partly drain it or, if the grouting is in poor condition, completely drain, de-scale and re-grout.
Are the joints stained blue/green colour? This could happen if copper is used as an algaecide and/or the Total Alkalinity is not balanced properly.
I can test the water for you, if you wish.
I can also arrange for someone to maintain the pool for you - if you can tolerate my googlench!
